Happy customers are the most important metric of your business...


When business leaders and managers are asked this question you hear many answers like cash, profits, sales growth, or in the case of e-commerce companies you hear things like traffic to website, close ratio, and dollar per visitor. I believe that while all of the above are extremely important the most important are customers! Taking care of customers and making sure they are excited about your brand is the most important aspect for the success of a business. Also when customers are excited about a company’s brand it creates all of the above performance metrics happen. At this stage it is important to mention that there is a very large difference between satisfied customers and loyal fans. Many businesses believe that they have satisfied customers.
